Reminders that sound like your firm

A 'debtor level' is simply a reminder tier — first reminder, second reminder, final notice. Each one gets its own template.

• Use merge fields to customise your emails. Client names, invoice details and amounts due drop in automatically.
• Specify how many debtor levels you want. Two reminders or five — you decide how far the sequence goes.
• Control how often reminder emails are sent. Set the gap between each level to match your firm's approach.

2. Level 2 — the firm follow-up

   A clearer statement of the amount owing, with a payment link so settling up takes one click.

3. Final level — the last notice

   Your firmest wording — and you choose whether it repeats until the debt is recovered, or the sequence stops.
